Andy Field became a coach with The Entrepreneur’s Source because he believes in the dream of self-employment and wants to help individuals explore the possibilities and reap the rewards of business ownership.

A franchise owner himself, Andy has over 20 years of experience in corporate marketing and manufacturing and 15 years as an entrepreneur. Prior to opening his office of The Entrepreneur's Source, he owned an award-winning, custom sign shop. He is a graduate of the School of Business at UNC, Chapel Hill and the E-Source Academy, a comprehensive training program in coaching skills and the franchise industry.

Originally from New England, Andy served his community in numerous volunteer and advisory positions. He has also enjoyed a long-standing role as a board member with the regional Chamber of Commerce, receiving recognition for his efforts to promote the successful growth and development of local small business.

Married with 5 children, he resides in North Carolina and divides his time between the coast and the western mountains.

The value Andy brings to his clients is his passion for independence that self-employment offers and the hands-on understanding it takes to achieve that vision successfully.
