Bio Information
Mr. Baltus has a diversified experience including 17 years with a privately-held Fortune 500 manufacturer in the functional areas of Accounting, International Sales and Marketing. He also enjoyed 13 years of experience with a $35 million privately-held manufacturer with 150 employees as Vice President of Sales and Executive Vice President, leading day-to-day operations. His accomplishments include an acquisition of a $22 million subsidiary in 2002; establishing a joint venture with Indian manufacturer in 2006; overseeing union labor negotiations resulting in savings of over $400,000 annually in 2003; leading implementation of Lean Manufacturing program reducing overhead and product cost.
He purchased the nation’s 1st co-brand Regional Developer franchise licenses of The Entrepreneur’s Source and Business Advisers International (now named AdviCoach, www.AdviCoach.com/jbaltus) in December, 2006, working throughout Wisconsin & Minnesota. He joined the TES/BAI team because of his desire to develop an Entrepreneurial network helping individuals and businesses realize their dreams of success. He graduated cum laude from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1976 with a degree in Accountancy and earned CPA certification in 1977. He is happily married to Betsy, his wife of 33 years, and living in Plymouth, Wisconsin. He is a constant reader of books on business leadership and team success and an avid bicyclist.
