1) Over twenty five years of experience in the retail and manufacturing industries; areas of expertise include Customer Service, Training & Development, Leadership & Team Management, Project Management as well as both inside and outside Sales.
2) Held management positions with Sam’s Club, Staples Inc. and FM Corporation. Most recently, founded AMC Design & Sales LLC. and became certified as a Women Owned Business.
3) Instrumental in creating two start-up companies which included AMC Design & Sales LLC. that exceeded $1 million dollars in sales within the very first year. Both companies are still in business and continue to grow.
4) Graduated from the Chamber of Commerce Leadership Benton County program. Also attended and completed many other intensive leadership programs such as Conflict Management for Women, Theory of Constraints and Conflict Management, Management Approach and Communications and Time Management. Also was certified as an ISO 2000 Auditor and Safety Team Leader.
5) Currently resides in Richmond New Hampshire after living in Arkansas and Oklahoma for the past eight years. Returning to New England has created the opportunity to enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, golf and tennis. I have two grown children and three wonderful grandchildren.
